00:00:15:23 - 00:00:17:14
Kristen
Hey, Chris.
00:00:17:16 - 00:00:22:11
Chris

00:00:22:13 - 00:00:29:01
Kristen

00:00:29:03 - 00:00:45:12
Chris
nope. And that's the best plan. That's true. My brother's birthday usually falls around, Labor Day. But, he doesn't want his nerdy older brother around, so, I think I think still, as always, no plans, but that's always great for the long weekend. What about yourself?
00:00:45:12 - 00:00:58:04
Kristen
Well, we have a, we have a winery crawl planned. for the weekend. I've got. I've got family coming into town, and we're going to hit 3 or 4 wineries in the area. And, looking forward to that. And we're bringing.
00:00:58:04 - 00:01:03:14
Chris
This up version of the pub crawl. Yes. It's it's it's classy because it's wine, of course.
00:01:03:19 - 00:01:04:12
Laura
Exactly.
00:01:04:14 - 00:01:22:01
Chris
But for our wonderful listeners, we have a great show lined up for you guys, some really exciting guests. Kristin, have you ever wanted to, like, talk to your animal? And I don't mean just talk at them. I mean talk and be heard. Understood and hear and understand them.
00:01:22:03 - 00:01:23:19
Kristen
Like, psychically.
00:01:23:21 - 00:01:25:19
Chris
Yeah, like a little bit of a heck yeah.
00:01:26:00 - 00:01:30:16
Kristen
Heck, yeah. Because sometimes talking to them doesn't get the desired result.
00:01:30:18 - 00:01:47:06
Chris
No, it makes really doesn't. well, you're in luck, because we're going to have a guest who's going to be able to walk us through some of that awesome stuff, and we're going to be talking about important tips for eye health with your, animals. So keep it locked in. Don't touch that dial, as they used to say.
00:01:47:08 - 00:01:52:10
Chris
And, let's get into this episode of the Pal podcast.
00:01:52:12 - 00:01:55:21

Kristen and Chris present story time.
00:01:55:23 - 00:02:15:21
Chris
Let's get into let's get into, my story. and we were just joking in what I assume Ron cut. but maybe he did. And maybe you guys heard. I heard all of that. Who knows? Who knows? Nowadays, but I tend to talk about animals who come to the aid of their their their owners and their people.
00:02:16:01 - 00:02:36:21
Chris
And today is no different. So I'm going to stay on theme with that. I have a story out of Indiana, where a woman was, having a bit of a rough day. She was, sort of guess on her couch, not feeling great, suffering from a migraine. And she wanted to go down for a nap, as people do when they have a migraine.
00:02:36:23 - 00:03:00:09
Chris
Well, she's got this beautiful husky. I'm trying to find the name of the dog. Luna. Luna. This beautiful. There's a picture in the story of this beautiful husky who just would not let this woman sleep. the woman's name. Samantha actually would not let Samantha sleep. It's nudging or nudging or nudging her. And huskies do that, right?
00:03:00:09 - 00:03:22:10
Chris
Their high energy dog. So, Samantha gets up and says, okay, like, Luna here needs to be walked, goes out and takes Luna for a long walk to try and tuck her out so that she could finally get some rest when she comes back home, the carbon monoxide alarm is going off like crazy, so she stays outside.
00:03:22:16 - 00:03:43:01
Chris
She calls the fire department. Fire Department located a leak in her water heater that has since been replaced and everything is fine. When she sat with the fire marshal and explained what happened, the fire marshal said if you had fallen asleep there, it would have been, you know, game over. so yet again, a dog has come to the rescue.
00:03:43:07 - 00:03:57:05
Chris
They have their sensitive senses, and they know when something's wrong. got Samantha out of the house and kept her calm. and at the end of the day, the only true damage done was a water heater needing to be replaced. So, pretty happy ending to that one.
00:03:57:05 - 00:04:00:13
Kristen
That's awesome. Way to go, Husky pup.
00:04:00:15 - 00:04:02:07
Chris
Yeah, way to go.
00:04:02:09 - 00:04:20:02
Kristen
Yeah, that's that's a good story. with a happy ending. And mine is. Actually, I wanted to relay a story that I came across when I ever since I mentioned that seatmate product a couple weeks ago on the show, I'm getting all these Kickstarter notices noticed you're.
00:04:20:02 - 00:04:22:01
Chris
Getting you're getting stalked by Zuckerberg.
00:04:22:03 - 00:04:46:01
Kristen
I am, I am. So I discovered this Kickstarter campaign, which, by the way, is over. So I'm not suggesting anybody donate, although you still can. it's all about a dog adoption success training program. And what what really got me was I played the video, and this woman tells a story that is very similar to a story from my childhood that almost had me in tears.
00:04:46:03 - 00:05:11:15
Kristen
She was talking about how when she was a little girl, her family had, adopted a black lab, and the black lab was nutso, like he would chase cards, kids, animals. He was a handful. And I guess the family had several kids. And, you know, it was a busy family. And, this woman as as a child, she said, I used to love how happy my dog was when I would come home.
00:05:11:17 - 00:05:34:09
Kristen
So she said I would literally come in the door from school. He would get all excited, and then she would go back out the door and come in a couple minutes later and he'd be all excited again, like she said, I would do this over and over again because I just got so much joy from his joy. fast forward her her parents decided to surrender this dog, or they said that they had found a great home for him.
00:05:34:13 - 00:05:54:17
Kristen
Hopefully that is the case, but she was talking about how devastating that was in her childhood and how she remembers the day clearly. And, you know, this woman's like, you know, full on adult now. But so very sad story. I had a similar experience as a kid. and I can also remember the day when my family surrendered my cocker spaniel.
00:05:54:19 - 00:06:15:02
Kristen
But what she did is she created a whole program designed to prevent pets from being surrendered to shelters or, you know, just given up due to behavior problems that, I mean, essentially the bottom line was her her family just really didn't know how to manage this dog and didn't, I guess, at the time and the and the resources to do so.
00:06:15:07 - 00:06:54:13
Kristen
So she if you want to check out, let's see, let me find the URL here. It's Dog Life Inc.com. they have a dog adoption success training program. It's an online course. So I guess if you are considering adopting a dog, this might be a really great, training program to purchase is pretty inexpensive. I don't have the prices up in front of me, but, when I looked at it before, it was like, I think 35, 45 bucks or something like that, but it tells you what to expect in the first three days, three weeks and three months with your new dog and how to, you know, you know, manage the challenges
00:06:54:13 - 00:07:07:01
Kristen
that come along with that and how to set you and your dog up for success for a forever life together. So so check that out. over at Dog Life inc.com.
00:07:07:03 - 00:07:09:16
Chris
That's amazing. Knowledge is power,
00:07:09:18 - 00:07:10:20
Kristen
absolutely.
00:07:10:22 - 00:07:22:12
Chris
Knowledge is power. but that is it's always sad when, a family has to, surrender the animal. So trying to prevent that. Always a good thing. So, great story there, Kristen.
00:07:22:14 - 00:07:23:09
Kristen
Thanks.

Beyond the leash, exploring the untold stories of pet passion and professionals.
00:07:28:10 - 00:08:01:07
Kristen
Okay, our guest is a very special treat. I'm excited to talk to her today. So joining us is Laura Sedgefield, an internationally renowned pet psychic and people medium. She's got decades of experience in animal communication, telepathy and mediumship. Now Laura has been a comforting voice for those who can't speak for themselves, which is the pets, of course, and she offers her really unique services to animal owners, trainers, veterinarians and rescue groups, as well as people that are seeking to connect with a loved one in spirit.
00:08:01:07 - 00:08:19:03
Kristen
And that includes pets who have gone over the Rainbow Bridge. Now, Laura has been featured on numerous media outlets, including The Ellen DeGeneres show, also Good Morning Texas, and she's the author of voices of the Animals and Stormi's words of Wisdom. Welcome, Laura.
00:08:19:05 - 00:08:21:23
Laura
Yeah, thanks for having me. I'm excited.
00:08:22:01 - 00:08:34:06
Kristen
Yeah. This is the first time we've had a pet psychic on the show, so we're really excited. Can you first, can you explain the difference between pet, psychic, and medium? What are the differences between those two?
00:08:34:08 - 00:08:57:16
Laura
Well, there isn't much of a difference like a medium channel spirit. That's how I think of that. in a pet psychic, talks to animals. So. But like in my title, Laura soon revealed the pet psychic medium. The medium really means of talking to deceased people. Okay, gotcha. But it could be talking to deceased pets as well.
00:08:57:18 - 00:09:05:22
Kristen
Right. And speaking of that, can you tell us how you discovered your your unique ability to communicate with animals and how it's evolved over time?
00:09:06:00 - 00:09:28:02
Laura
Yeah. So ever since I was little, I just could hear them. I just knew what animals were thinking and feeling. And it wasn't until my early 20s that I was studying, dog training and animal training. And my teachers were saying to me, Laura, what are you doing? The animals are coming along differently with you, and you know, that was before the internet.
00:09:28:02 - 00:09:54:14
Laura
So I didn't have any concept that there was animal communication out there, you know, besides like Doctor Doolittle and like Snoopy and Bambi, you know? So, so I started to really think about it, like, what am I doing differently? And at the time, I was really shy and I, I heard about this woman in California who taught animal communication.
00:09:54:14 - 00:10:19:09
Laura
And I went and I studied with her and I just that was my jumping board to just start doing it professionally. there's lots of like, little stories I had that were pretty profound to me early on. So one was when I was in my early 20s, I had a cat named Juliet, and I was backpacking a lot, and I would leave her on the weekends and my sister would come in and take care of her.
00:10:19:15 - 00:10:44:07
Laura
Well, every time I would come home, Juliet would take a look at me, and then she would just, like, take off and she'd be gone sometimes, like, overnight. Should be so mad that I was gone. And it really worried me. Well, someone had given me a book on animal communication, and I had read about, sending the animals how long you'll be gone by picturing the sun rising and setting.
00:10:44:09 - 00:11:05:07
Laura
So my next trip, I sat down with Juliet and I sent her, you know, the sun rising and setting for as many days I'd be gone. And then picturing myself happily coming home. And when I arrived home on that trip, she met me at the front stoop. She came in and she stayed. And then that night she slept with me and she was meeting.
00:11:05:07 - 00:11:27:16
Laura
And she wasn't really a cuddly girl, but she slept with me all night. And I just knew, like, wow, there is really something about being very clear about what we're saying to the animals. And that's really the easy part. Anyone can do that. So like, anyone can, can just be really clear about what you want to say to your animal, and your animal will get it.
00:11:27:18 - 00:11:51:08
Chris
That's absolutely amazing. you know, I, I don't think I'm a pet psychic, but I do firmly believe that we communicate with our animals in many, many different ways. and obviously lower your skill is used to help a lot of pet parents out there who may be having issues with a variety of animals. What is sort of maybe some of the misconceptions about your abilities?
00:11:51:10 - 00:12:01:11
Chris
and, how do you sort of get past that to show like this? This is the actual work that I'm doing. And, and here's, you know, sort of the results of that.
00:12:01:13 - 00:12:28:11
Laura
Yeah. I think actually just watching it and watching the animal change is really the best way to sort of deal with a skeptic. There are some skeptics that are just there's nothing you can say that's ever gonna convince them, but that's just life with anything. and then it's just really the proof is in just hearing what they have to say and then following through.
00:12:28:13 - 00:12:59:22
Laura
it it just really is phenomenal how much our animals know about our lives. And how much they talk about, like, just daily stressors that we have in our life. Like they know things even about, like our money issues or our relationship issues. And when people hear that with their animal or saying, there's no way I could, like, made that up, you know, like they they just say things that, that I couldn't know otherwise.
00:13:00:00 - 00:13:21:12
Laura
So really the proof is in just just listening to what the animals have to say. But like you said that we talk to our animals all the time or we communicate with our animals all the time. I think if people like slow down and they start to kind of listen to their animal too. So be really clear about what you're saying, but also just take that time to be silent.
00:13:21:12 - 00:13:42:03
Laura
Like in a day. We're like Instagram, just these reels are so fast and and like we are constantly bombarded with information. It's it's hard for people are just settle themselves. But if you sell yourself and you just are patient with your pet, you will hear them. There's no doubt in my mind you may think it's coming from you.
00:13:42:04 - 00:13:49:15
Laura
You may think that's your own intuition that's saying it, but it's 100% them talking to you.
00:13:49:17 - 00:13:54:01
Kristen
That's that's interesting. That's great advice. We all need to slow down from time to time.
00:13:54:03 - 00:13:55:10
Laura
Oh, yeah.
00:13:55:12 - 00:14:10:19
Kristen
Laura, I know one of your specialties is connecting with animals in the afterlife. And, I'm wondering if if. How do I mean to put you on the spot here, but are you able to help me connect with my dog chili, who passed away about three years ago? sure.
00:14:10:19 - 00:14:16:09
Laura
Do you have Chili's picture? I.
00:14:16:11 - 00:14:18:15
Kristen
I can find one on my phone.
00:14:18:20 - 00:14:26:23
Chris
I was going to say you have your phone right there. Yeah, yeah, and I know, I know you as well. Yeah. You're going to. Yeah. You know those.
00:14:27:01 - 00:14:37:12
Kristen
He was just such a wonderful, like, Labrador mix that we adopted. And unfortunately, at, at age 11, he developed hemangioma sarcoma, which is a super.
00:14:37:12 - 00:14:39:15
Laura
That's so, cancer.
00:14:39:15 - 00:14:51:20
Kristen
Yeah. but I, we my husband and I think about him and talk about him all the time, like, you know, and it's been almost three years, so let me just try and find a good picture. Does it? Here's a.
00:14:51:20 - 00:14:52:04
Chris
Look.
00:14:52:10 - 00:14:58:12
Laura
look at like, Ron's got. Oh, Ron beat me to it. Yeah. It's cool channel and you're.
00:14:58:12 - 00:14:59:06
Kristen
Amazing as of.
00:14:59:06 - 00:15:00:10
Chris
Kelly for those.
00:15:00:12 - 00:15:05:06
Laura
Oh that is I am. Oh my gosh, he's so cute. Oh that's. Yeah.
00:15:05:06 - 00:15:07:15
Kristen
Oh my gosh I'm going to cry.
00:15:07:17 - 00:15:10:04
Laura
What do you. Oh yes. What is that. Oh it's a comic aid.
00:15:10:09 - 00:15:18:22
Kristen
Yeah. Yeah. He was he he was a working dog. yeah. He he reviewed products. And so we were.
00:15:18:22 - 00:15:20:05
Laura
Receiving some coffee treats.
00:15:20:05 - 00:15:22:06
Chris
That were kind of a.
00:15:22:09 - 00:15:25:14
Kristen
Different kind of working dog. he was just.
00:15:25:19 - 00:15:28:10
Laura
He passed. He looks. He was. He was.
00:15:28:12 - 00:15:39:07
Kristen
Well, in this video, he's probably 6 or 7, but he. Yeah, he he passed when he was 11. and he just was so cute.
00:15:39:09 - 00:15:49:10
Laura
Look at him. Look at those eyes. yeah. Really beautiful. So what do you want to know? What do you want to know about him? You know.
00:15:49:12 - 00:16:11:10
Kristen
I just want to know, you know, his last his last months were really stressful on us because we. He had surgery to remove the mask, and we were told that it would definitely come back. And so it was kind of like we just didn't know what, what day it was going to come and when was it. Right. So, I guess I just want to know that he's okay.
00:16:11:10 - 00:16:19:15
Kristen
And, that maybe he's hopefully with some other family dogs who've passed on and that I'll see him again. I would, I hope I can.
00:16:19:15 - 00:16:30:13
Laura
See him again. Oh, you hundred percent see them again. Yeah, 100%. Okay, let me get him on. Yeah. What did you say his name is? Chili. Right. Chili. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He's cute.
00:16:30:13 - 00:16:40:05
Kristen
And he's a doll.
00:16:40:07 - 00:16:46:06
Kristen
I get my Kleenex ready.
00:16:46:08 - 00:16:50:04
Laura
00:16:50:06 - 00:16:53:20
Laura
He says sometimes he comes next to you, and he, like, bumps your hand to pet him.
00:16:53:22 - 00:16:59:12
Kristen
Oh, yes. Yeah, like, if you're sitting in a chair, he'll flip your arm up to pet him.
00:16:59:14 - 00:17:05:18
Laura
Yeah, yeah. He says he's with you a lot more than you know.
00:17:05:20 - 00:17:15:05
Laura
He says sometimes you races to the door before you,
00:17:15:07 - 00:17:23:06
Laura
Or he's saying something about when he got to heaven. He's.
00:17:23:08 - 00:17:27:13
Laura
What was he doing?
00:17:27:15 - 00:17:38:19
Laura
Oh, he she he said when he got there, he saw a woman who was on a pool raft.
00:17:38:21 - 00:17:44:12
Laura
Yeah, and she was telling me to come in the water. She.
00:17:44:14 - 00:17:46:12
Kristen
Okay.
00:17:46:14 - 00:17:54:18
Laura
And she said that she knew you from long ago. Do you know where that would be? I mean, it's kind of be someone who likes the water. It.
00:17:54:20 - 00:18:03:11
Kristen
Yeah. I had a friend who passed who loved the water. She was. Oh my God, son, sun worshiping goddess.
00:18:03:12 - 00:18:09:11
Laura
It's got to be her. It's got to be her right to be on a pool raft. That's so funny. Did he like the water?
00:18:09:13 - 00:18:17:18
Kristen
He. He liked. He didn't like to swim, but he liked to stand in the water, and and he used to throw toys, and he would stick his head in the water and pull them out.
00:18:17:20 - 00:18:40:12
Laura
cute. Because it's interesting that she's by the water. Because syndrome is what happens. Like so when people come in from the other side, when they talk about people from the other side, it's for two different reasons. It's ones. And he can say like, hey, she's with me. I'm not alone, right? But then it's also your friend coming in to say that they're that she's here, like with you, and she knows what's going on, that she's going to greet him.
00:18:40:14 - 00:18:57:06
Laura
But there's also something about the water like, for her. And like, water means emotion. Like, I think there's more symbolism to it too. Yeah. Like like and maybe if he's, like a little bit nervous, like she's showing him like, look, it's really good, you know, it's okay.
00:18:57:08 - 00:19:05:11
Kristen
So anything you think.
00:19:05:13 - 00:19:26:08
Laura
Oh like he said that she also told him that when he was going to eat that he that he wasn't going to have a bellyache, he she said he said that she made him a, like, a bowl of cut up steak, meat. Oh.
00:19:26:10 - 00:19:29:15
Kristen
I used to eat. She and I used to cook steaks on the grill all the time.
00:19:29:18 - 00:19:31:19
Laura
Oh, you did, we did.
00:19:31:21 - 00:19:47:09
Kristen
We did? Yeah, that. And I wonder too. It's like one of his, his favorite things to do was we used to take him to the beach to Honeymoon Island in, in Florida, and he wouldn't go in the water to swim, but he would run up and down the surf. He just loved the surf fun.
00:19:47:09 - 00:19:50:04
Laura
Isn't that so nice? Yeah.
00:19:50:06 - 00:19:56:15
Kristen
oh my gosh. I wish my husband was here.
00:19:56:17 - 00:19:59:17
Laura
he says sometimes he wants to be a puppy again.
00:19:59:19 - 00:20:01:08
Chris
Oh, don't we all?
00:20:01:09 - 00:20:02:17
Kristen
He he was always.
00:20:02:18 - 00:20:07:21
Laura
He, I mean, it's on my mind that he might come back to you one day.
00:20:07:23 - 00:20:15:15
Kristen
Yeah. Well, that would be wonderful. We, we're considering, adopting a puppy soon, so maybe that's how I come up.
00:20:15:15 - 00:20:32:18
Laura
Nice. Yeah. So if he does come back to you, there'll be like signs and synchronicities. Like, like you might find him on, like, the day of your friend's birthday or your husband's birthday or something. I mean, it could be just like little things that happen that you're like, oh, that's kind of weird. That's kind.
00:20:32:18 - 00:20:35:16
Kristen
Of neat. Yeah. That's amazing.
00:20:35:18 - 00:20:36:18
Laura
Oh.
00:20:36:20 - 00:20:37:16
Kristen
You made my day.
00:20:37:17 - 00:20:43:01
Laura
Oh, he says, son, he says sometimes he gets in bed with you and he kicks you and rolls over.
00:20:43:03 - 00:20:48:14
Kristen
Oh yeah, he was a bed hog. He was a total bed hog.
00:20:48:16 - 00:20:51:07
Laura
So cute. Oh.
00:20:51:09 - 00:20:54:01
Kristen
Gosh. Thank you. Laura. That was that was,
00:20:54:03 - 00:20:55:14
Laura
My pleasure.
00:20:55:16 - 00:20:57:22
Chris
that's an amazing skill.
00:20:58:01 - 00:20:58:21
Laura
If.
00:20:58:23 - 00:20:59:17
Kristen
You know what I mean.
00:20:59:22 - 00:21:04:07
Laura
I don't you you are back to tears.
00:21:04:09 - 00:21:04:17
Chris
Oh, my.
00:21:04:17 - 00:21:06:04
Laura
God, that's so sweet.
00:21:06:06 - 00:21:29:16
Chris
But before before we wrap up here, Laura, talk to our audience real quick. All these pet parents out there who are trying to, communicate better with their animals. And, you know, they might not quite have the gifts or intuition that you have, but for, the common folk out here, the layman who just want to connect more with their pets, you have any advice that you can give them?
00:21:29:18 - 00:21:53:07
Laura
Yeah. So the first thing is, when you talk to them, you want to make sure that you talk in the positive. So like let's say you want to tell your dog not to bark out the window. Right. So you want to tell your dog to be quiet, instead of don't bark. Because if you say don't bark, you're actually going to picture them barking and you're going to have that feeling in your body of them barking.
00:21:53:09 - 00:22:18:00
Laura
So you always want to match the feeling in your body with what you're saying and what you want them to do. Does that make sense? Yeah. you can say when you bark, you give us all a headache, you know, or like. Like I always tell them, like, the smartest dogs are quiet. That's because it's it's actually true.
00:22:18:00 - 00:22:42:01
Laura
You know, they are the smartest dogs do watch. So, so that's the first thing. And then and that's really easy, you know, if you can start starting to pay attention to really just how you think in general and how you think about yourself, that will transfer it to the way you communicate with the animals. So it's all about paying attention to what you're thinking and feeling at any given moment.
00:22:42:03 - 00:23:16:23
Laura
And you can just going to check in with yourself during the day, like, how do I feel in my body and how do I like, what am I thinking? What am I visualizing? Or what am I hearing? because if you start doing that and you start to really know your own thoughts and your and the way you think, then if you're kind of hanging out on the couch reading a book or scrolling through your phone or watching TV, and all of a sudden you're you start to have a pain in your shoulder, or all of a sudden you have like a visual of, some park or something that could actually be your animal
00:23:16:23 - 00:23:41:22
Laura
sending that to you, and then you'll be able to say, oh, wait a second. Like, I haven't had a pain in my shoulder all day. Like, what is that from? And then you turn and you look and your animal staring at you, you know. So it really is all about becoming quiet and knowing yourself so that you understand when something else pops in and you start doing that, it goes a long way, a long way.
00:23:42:00 - 00:23:43:03
Laura
Well, yeah.
00:23:43:05 - 00:23:52:00
Kristen
this has been this has been fantastic. And I so appreciate you helping me to reconnect with chili. Where can audience find you or follow you?

00:24:35:11 - 00:24:50:12
Kristen
It was just so sweet. Not only to see his face again, but I really do feel like she helped connect me with him. And everything she said did have meaning. Like I was putting the puzzle pieces together in my mind. It's I can't wait for my husband to hear this show.
00:24:50:13 - 00:25:07:21
Chris
Yeah, I've. I've never even met chili. And I'm I'm a wreck. I'm an emotional. I'm an absolutely emotional wreck. I thought that was, Absolutely. amazing. and Laura has definitely gained a true believer in me today.
00:25:07:23 - 00:25:11:15
Kristen
Likewise. All right. And now it's time for our next guest.
00:25:11:15 - 00:25:37:06
Chris
All right, so we are joined now by Doctor Adam Cherry, the CEO and director of product and innovation for Pet Ice. pet Ice is a leader in pet eye health. Doctor Cherry is a board certified up to metric physician. I hope I said that right. With over three decades of experience, the brand's origin is deeply personal, stemming from vision loss and Doctor Cherry's family inspiring him to significantly improve pet eye care.
00:25:37:08 - 00:25:56:20
Chris
Doctor cherry leverages his expertise in AI health to create Fit Eyes, a vitamin gummy line for human ocular wellness. Seeing a lack of such products for pets, he expanded his focus to develop specialized eye care solutions for animals. He's doing really important work. So thank you, Doctor Cherry for joining us on the podcast today.
00:25:56:22 - 00:26:00:00
Dr. Adam
Thank you Chris. That's a great intro I appreciate that.
00:26:00:02 - 00:26:25:01
Chris
Absolutely. So let's, jump off with some some background information. you have a great slide pulled up for the people listening. it's it's a slide of some, you know, different eyes and, of animals and some of the issues. So if you could just give us a background on some of the issues, that we should be looking for in our, in our pets, some things that might cause alarm and warrant a visit to the vet.
00:26:25:01 - 00:26:46:12
Dr. Adam
Great. so thank you again for your time. And it's nice to meet you all. you know, so I've been practicing for 31 years, and with humans, humans get to say my eyes bother me. I want to go to the eye doctor and get to have some correction. animals don't get that luxury of doing it. So I feel like I've become a spokesperson for For Animals to help them with their eye health.
00:26:46:12 - 00:27:10:09
Dr. Adam
And, you know, it's often just kind of brushed aside, when your animal has an eye problem because the cost of that care is so expensive, the cost of medications are so expensive. But there are steps that animals need to take, just like humans need to take when it comes to protecting their eyes. And obviously the number one, problem that we see in, in both, dogs and cats are cataracts.
00:27:10:11 - 00:27:31:22
Dr. Adam
And cataracts, of course, are an aging. There's many types of cataracts, but it's an aging, problem than some some animals get them earlier and later and some are induced by drugs or trauma and things like that. So we want to do as much as we can to slow the formation of cataracts down. And there are science based studies on the nutrients that we've included in the pet ice products that actually do that.
00:27:32:00 - 00:27:58:09
Dr. Adam
dry eyes and ulcerations, very common allergy, red eyes, runny eyes, things like that. big issue actually, tear stains is a huge issue for a lot of the white and small dogs. and was it was and was initially our initial focus on the pet ice because it eliminates tear stains. But that happened to be a side effect or an accident of when we discovered the product.
00:27:58:09 - 00:28:23:23
Dr. Adam
It wasn't our main goal to set out and cure tears stains. But yeah, but it does help that. So cherry ice very common, which is the third eyelid that prolapse is and it is inflammatory in nature. Glaucoma high pressure inside the eyes. You see that with a lot of Chihuahuas and other dogs with bulging eyes. uveitis is inflammation in the back part of the eyes and more common with golden retrievers and such.
00:28:24:01 - 00:28:39:10
Dr. Adam
And then, of course, you know, humans protect their eyes with sunglasses and dogs and cats. They go outside and it's super bright and if you've ever looked at a dog or cat, they have very large iris or black parts of their eyes, and light penetrates their eyes really good. So they, you know, they have lots of issues that can happen.
00:28:39:10 - 00:28:41:07
Laura
So,
00:28:41:09 - 00:28:59:19
Kristen
Well, I hadn't thought about that with the with the sunlight. so, Doctor Cherry, it just so happens that September 18th through 24th is pet. I health week. so I think this is this is great that we're able to educate our listeners on, the importance of, of eye health for your dogs and cats and other pets.
00:29:00:00 - 00:29:10:20
Kristen
What are some of the things that pet parents should be looking for? just on a regular basis to, to make sure that they're not missing any potential can eye condition.
00:29:10:22 - 00:29:27:03
Dr. Adam
And that's a great question. And I think, you know, it's it's a lot of things are self-evident when you look at your animal, you know, you can see them wincing or squinting funny or having their fall going to their eye. But I think you have to look at, the eyelashes and the hair growth around the eyes and make sure that those are trimmed and clean.
00:29:27:04 - 00:29:49:10
Dr. Adam
Of course. I think you should look at the eyes and make sure you're not seeing a blue hue or white, color, or there's no redness in the eyes or a little cherry thing popping out towards the nose section. and then, of course, excessive amount of tearing or mucus buildup, you know, just kind of observe and look at those things.
00:29:49:12 - 00:30:05:20
Kristen
And I would imagine just, because we talk occasionally about senior pets, and some of the conditions, such as cataracts that you mentioned are an age related condition. So as our pets, get older, it's it's important to make sure that our, that our vets are taking a look at their eyes as well.
00:30:05:20 - 00:30:28:14
Dr. Adam
Right, exactly. I think I think the main point here is that there's a lot of synergies between human anatomy and physiology of animal eyes. Right? So the components are pretty much all the same. And and everything's about our diet. So it's about our diet for animals too. And we are seeing a shift towards a lot of fresh, meal plans that will carry, a lot of the nutrients that they need.
00:30:28:19 - 00:30:56:13
Dr. Adam
But we know that the cost of that is very expensive. And people, people generally can't afford that right now. but the nutrients and what we eat, it reflects our life span, reflects inflammation, how we react, how we get diseases and sicknesses. And I think that if if you're deficient in certain nutrients, which a lot of kibble and food is and, and a lot of the times, our bodies do not synthesize or make the nutrients we need, they need to be substituted.
00:30:56:15 - 00:31:28:17
Dr. Adam
And so, prices and all natural freeze dried, functional treat that has 18 vitamins and minerals that most of the time we don't get on in our kibble and or food. And so inflammation is the biggest cause of disease. And if we can control inflammation by reducing it, by taking cat eyes and or nutrients that carry, you know, that have those nutrients, food that has the nutrients that we can reduce the incidence of eye problems and other medical problems.
00:31:28:19 - 00:31:53:04
Dr. Adam
When I'm talking about an eye problem, for example, let's say diabetes, it doesn't just affect the eye, it affects the whole body. Right? When we've talked about arthritis, it doesn't just affect eyes. By causing dry eyes and things like that. It affects the joints, the muscles, the nutrients that we use are not just they are. The product is aimed and geared towards eyes, but it does have other, systemic benefits for the body of the animals.
00:31:53:04 - 00:31:55:15
Dr. Adam
So that's important to know as well.
00:31:55:17 - 00:32:07:10
Kristen
I was just gonna say, glad we're talking to you today because there are so many supplements on the market. But I you know, we don't I don't think we hear enough about, you know, preventative maintenance for eye health. So this is this is great. Go ahead. Chris.
00:32:07:13 - 00:32:35:16
Chris
Yeah, I was going to bring up a similar point that, you know, we there's there's a lot of, supplements on the market, very few tailored specifically towards eye health, a lot that are really not geared towards anything. They're just called, health supplements. But I would imagine that beyond, the product, there's also some, some care that may be, required upkeep, and, and other, good routines for an animal to keep their eyes healthy.
00:32:35:16 - 00:32:52:10
Chris
So beyond, the product and beyond just, you know, checking your animal's eyes every now and again. Are there other healthy habits that we could get our dogs and cats into that are going to help maintain the longevity of their vision and eyes?
00:32:52:12 - 00:33:18:07
Dr. Adam
So it's a great question as well. And, you know, you do have to look at the the history and the incidence of different types of conditions that affect different types of animals shortens those animals. that's called brachiocephalic. So their nose is short and so they don't have the long channel for tear ducts. and then compare that to other animals that have bulging eyes, such as such as bulldogs.
00:33:18:07 - 00:33:54:22
Dr. Adam
Right. And things like that. You know, they're more prone to other conditions. So I think it's just awareness of the common conditions that could happen. Regular visits to your veterinarian. And if your veterinarian isn't comfortable with an eye condition, then there are, veterinarians that, specifically work on eyes. unfortunately, I had, a customer call me the other day that thought she was having a reaction to taking Pet Eyes and shared a picture with me, of the animal's eyes and it wound up being what's called a high femur, or blood in between the under part of the cornea and in front of the colored part of the eye.
00:33:54:22 - 00:34:21:05
Dr. Adam
It's a high FEMA, and it's usually due to some type of systemic condition or trauma. And it's a pretty serious condition. an allergic reaction to, to, to not just to pet eyes, which is almost impossible to have because it's all natural ingredients, but to food per se would cause, a reaction in both eyes and not just in one eye, unless you touch that eye with specific product and it's allergic to that eye.
00:34:21:10 - 00:34:46:15
Dr. Adam
But I think you need to take a look at that, at that. But regardless, the veterinarian that, this patient took their dog to, wasn't trained in specific eye conditions and treated the dog for an eye infection. And the high fever is not an eye infection. It is a more serious infection. And unfortunately, the, animal will have to have the eye removed, and we'll never see out of that eye.
00:34:46:17 - 00:34:56:06
Dr. Adam
But it's the early recognition, and detection is the most important part. And getting to the right professionals, I think, is the the moral to the lesson.
00:34:56:08 - 00:35:15:00
Kristen
Yeah, that that is a great lesson. one other question about, in terms of maintenance, how important is it or is it important to use, like an eye wash, in your dog's eyes when, let's say they've been, you know, playing at the beach all day or, you know, just when they've been kind of in an area where there's a lot of dust or dirt.
00:35:15:02 - 00:35:18:05
Kristen
is that something that's that's important to do?
00:35:18:07 - 00:35:36:14
Dr. Adam
I think that's something that's very important to do. In fact, we actually launched a product called Pet Eye's Eye and Ear Wipes. And I know your viewers can't see this picture. on on the radio here, but it's, it's eye and ear wipes. It's, it's has hypochlorite solution and denies water. There's nothing else in it. It's an all natural product.
00:35:36:14 - 00:35:56:10
Dr. Adam
But you know, just like we wash our hands and feet to get rid of the microorganism bacteria that are around there, I think, you know, taking the pet eyes wipes and cleaning around the eyes and ears will read it of any of the microorganisms that they may have. And it actually is refreshing to the animal. You know, animals love getting baths as much as people don't think they do because they're proud, you know?
00:35:56:10 - 00:36:16:08
Dr. Adam
They're proud. And animals show them being proud, by the way, when they get a bone right, or they get a treat, they walk around with it in their mouth and they show it off to you. They have different ways. Yeah. Expressing their feelings. And so, you know, who wants to go out looking, looking, you know, with their hair disheveled or, or nasty tears stains coming out of their eyes.
00:36:16:08 - 00:36:33:20
Dr. Adam
I mean, humans don't want to do that. They get themselves all pretty, get their hair done. Animals want to feel the same way. So we want to take care of our animal eyes because it's it's important and it gets expensive too. And to be honest, man's best friend, it's it's true with people love their animals.
00:36:33:22 - 00:36:35:06
Kristen
Yeah. Yes.
00:36:35:08 - 00:36:35:21
Chris
Absolutely.
00:36:35:21 - 00:36:46:13
Kristen
You know, it's much so. It's less expensive to prevent issues, health issues, including eye issues than it is to treat them. So yeah, maintenance of the body.
00:36:46:15 - 00:36:47:07
Chris
And to add.
00:36:47:07 - 00:37:06:18
Dr. Adam
In I want to add in about Pet Eyes because, you know, a lot of people say, well, how do we know it works? Well, the reason we know it works is there are hundreds of hundreds of studies and science based. So the nutrients we use have science based evidence. You can read the studies about the ask the Zanten about the lutein and zeaxanthin.
00:37:06:18 - 00:37:27:11
Dr. Adam
These nutrients that we place in the product. Astiz Anthon is 6000 times more potent than vitamin C. It's the strongest antioxidant on the planet. It's not only good for dogs, it's good for humans, but it's very expensive $2,000 a kilo. It's a it's a nutrient that a lot of brands don't want to put in it, because it adds a lot of cost.
00:37:27:13 - 00:37:40:11
Dr. Adam
So I think it's important, though, if it's the difference between it's there's an early cataracts, early inflammation, early eye disease versus not getting anything at all.
00:37:40:13 - 00:38:05:22
Chris
Absolutely. And Doctor Cherry, we are coming up on our time here. So I just want to remind our viewers and our listeners that Pet Eye Health Awareness Week is September 19 to 20 to the 25th. Eye health is important, and it's, very important to pay attention to. Turns out your animals can't really just come up and tell you in plain English that their eyes are bothering them or their vision is blurry. So it's really up to us to stay vigilant. so thank you, Doctor Cherry. there's some great information. What do you think, Kristen?
00:39:49:17 - 00:40:06:18
Kristen
Oh, I really enjoyed it. And I think it's so important that we remember that eye maintenance is as important as some of the other maintenance we do for our pets. If you think about it, as our pets age, a lot of times the first thing to go is their eyesight or their hearing. So I think if we can, if we could pay more attention.
00:40:06:20 - 00:40:13:10

to the maintenance and some of these supplements that are available for their eyes, I think we might actually be able to prolong their eye health.

00:40:27:18 - 00:40:30:16
Chris
Go. do you want to go ahead and kick us off?
00:40:30:18 - 00:41:13:01
Kristen
Oh, sure. Sure, sure. So my product of the week is a safety product for dogs that enjoy those long lasting chews like a bully stick or, one of those Himalayan cheese stick things. this one is called Tall Tales. I guess the company is tall tales. It's a bully stick holder. And the reason this is important is because if you have a dog and they they enjoy these chews, they'll often, get down to, like, the just the little nub is left, like, maybe just an inch of this chew is left and I have talked to veterinary surgeons in the past like doctor friend doctor Courtney Campbell, who, not not unk.
00:41:13:03 - 00:41:37:04
Kristen
and I've talked to, people like our friend, doctor Courtney Campbell, who is a veterinary surgeon, and he has had to remove these little pieces of chews, that can cause a blockage. So the ballistic roller allows it has a, like, a hole in it that you put the the ballistic through, and then it has the screw mechanism handle that tightens it down so that you can't pull the ballistic out of the holder.
00:41:37:06 - 00:41:56:13
Kristen
And then that way your dog can safely chew on it on both sides, and they're not able to get to that last remaining little piece that they can swallow. And they could potentially become very dangerous. So, and I know there are several companies that make these, but I, I just like the design of this one. So tall tales ballistic holder check it out.
00:41:56:13 - 00:42:03:21
Kristen
Comes in about three three sizes at least. So that is basically product.
00:42:03:21 - 00:42:15:00
Chris
I'm actually, picturing the dog sort of looking like a very dignified woman from the 20s with, like, their cigaret holder. you know.
00:42:15:02 - 00:42:16:14
Laura
Like, see. Right.
00:42:16:16 - 00:42:33:21
Chris
Yeah, I guess, like, sort of see it in my mind, you know, right in my mind's eye, but know that that is great because, you know, those those bullets can get dangerous when you get down to the nub. And dogs don't know that they shouldn't be trying to swallow those of things. Exactly right. Recommendation.
00:42:33:23 - 00:42:35:02
Kristen
What's yours?
00:42:35:04 - 00:43:05:00
Chris
My product is also in the, theme of animal safety, but it's more a preventive thing. so essentially the brand is called leisure, and they make these stairs that guess lead up to you, like your bed or whatever couch or anything. And the reason I want to talk about it is a lot of people don't know that you can extend your animal's life significantly if you're willing to admit that they're old sooner.
00:43:05:02 - 00:43:33:21
Chris
so, especially with larger cats, or if your, cat or dog is a little pudgy, a little round, and may have a lot of weight, you want to avoid them jumping up on everything because it's going to give them arthritis real quick. so, especially with your older animals and your animals, who may be a little out of shape or any, breed of animal that may be prone to issues with their with their bones.
00:43:33:23 - 00:43:54:09
Chris
I also highly recommend this for cats. Cats spend their life jumping up and down on things, and they will continue to do it until it is. There's no cartilage left and it's grinding bone on bone. so it's literally just a foam set of stairs. they come in all sorts of different colors that it'll match your esthetic.
00:43:54:10 - 00:44:14:02
Chris
They look really nice, and you slide it on up to the thing that you want them to get on. I plan on getting one of these for Tiger pretty soon, because she has started climbing onto the couch. she doesn't jump up onto it anymore. She'll put her her paws up and lock into it, and then just sort of pull yourself up and it's like, okay, you don't want to jump anymore.
00:44:14:04 - 00:44:33:20
Chris
which is which is fair as a 21 year old cat. Oh my gosh. So this is something I plan on purchasing for Tiger. it comes in a color that matches our couch perfectly. and it'll fit the little corner where she likes to get up onto the couch. I don't know what it is about the cat, but she only gets on to the couch from one side and then exits the couch.
00:44:33:20 - 00:44:39:10
Chris
Interesting. No matter what. It's very strange behavior. but it'll it'll work for her. So.
00:44:39:14 - 00:44:42:10
Kristen
Yeah, that's good for the bed to stick.
00:44:42:12 - 00:44:56:19
Chris
She she really doesn't do the bed. And luckily are. This is embarrassing, but I'm going to say it anyway. Our mattress doesn't really fit our bed frame. So on one side of it, there's just like there's already a step. there's a hole that I'm not going to. I'm not going to throw my wife over there.
00:44:56:19 - 00:44:58:00
Kristen
We don't want to talk about your bedroom.
00:44:58:00 - 00:45:18:08
Chris
Goes into that. Yes. There's a whole debacle that goes into that bed frame that I still, I still hold her accountable for. so I won't get into that, but no, she and I typically don't let Tiger sleep with us because I'm still highly allergic. And she will also start biting our hair out of our heads at about three in the morning, asking for food.
00:45:18:10 - 00:45:31:22
Chris
and I don't have hair to spare. so, yeah, that usually doesn't happen, but the brand is leisure. Go ahead and look them up. mSRP is around 50 bucks, so it's not going to break the bank either. And, maybe I'll let everybody know how it goes when I finally get mine.
00:45:32:00 - 00:45:33:06
Kristen
Yeah.
00:45:33:08 - 00:45:44:10
Chris
I feel like my product of the week always devolves into personal story time. This reveals intimate secrets about himself that you shouldn't be saying on the internet.

Q&A’s
00:45:46:06 - 00:45:56:14
Chris
All right, Kristen, it's time for our favorite part of the show. That's right. We're going to answer two questions from our wonderful, beautiful and handsome listeners.
00:45:56:16 - 00:45:58:09
Kristen
Wonderful, beautiful and handsome.
00:45:58:14 - 00:46:19:23
Chris
Wonderful, beautiful and handsome, all three at the same time. And if you want your question answered on the show, you can head on over to Petsaddlife.org/podcast. Scroll past our wonderful, beautiful and handsome faces. Go on down to the bottom of the page. You'll see a form to submit your question or if you'd like to, you can leave us a voice memo and we will play your question live on the show.
00:46:20:01 - 00:46:26:06
Chris
So indeed, without further ado, why don't why don't you read me a question there? All right. Kristen.
00:46:26:08 - 00:46:41:10
Kristen
Okay. This one is from Maria in San Diego. Maria says my cat, who's only six years old, has started bumping into things around the house. I suspect he might be losing his eyesight. What can be causing this? And what should I do?
00:46:41:12 - 00:47:03:06
Chris
Well, it's a great question. And, hopefully you've been listening to the whole episode because we just had Doctor Cherry on to talk about ocular health. So I, you know, I'm going to go ahead and talk about a few other things, but the most important thing I got from Doctor Cherry is pay attention. know what your animal's eyes should look like and track those changes.
00:47:03:08 - 00:47:25:09
Chris
you will see some cloudy color changes in in, in, in, you know, the size of the pupil. Some dilated pupils. and obviously that number one sign being bumping into things is, is a red flag. so sit the cat down. Try to get some eye contact with it. See if there's any inflammation. Because it's possible that they're not going, losing their vision.
00:47:25:14 - 00:47:43:18
Chris
It's possible that there's just some type of infection or virus or irritation in there that's going to need to be cleared up because they're just maybe watery or dry or something like that. If you can't see any, obvious signs of infection. look for that discoloration. If you can't see any of that, it's time to go to the vet.
00:47:43:19 - 00:48:04:04
Chris
as we always suggest here on the Pal podcast, you shouldn't be taking advice from just me. Some idiot in a polo shirt. you should be going to somebody who has went to school for a very long time to identify, like a doctor cherry, to identify, these issues, and diagnose your pet. Because, you know, I don't want to say, they're definitely losing their vision.
00:48:04:04 - 00:48:21:06
Chris
But if they are, it's okay. cats have very strong senses. Otherwise they can navigate with their sense of sound and their sense of smell. and with the proper care, your cat will still lead to a very happy, fulfilling and long life. So don't fret.
00:48:21:06 - 00:48:37:17
Kristen
Yeah, yeah. And just to your point about the importance of seeing the vet, this this question reminded me of, a cat that my veterinarian used to have many years ago. And this cat had a neurological disorder that caused her to be just kind of clumsy. So that just made me think, I mean.
00:48:37:17 - 00:48:39:00
Chris
Just a little silly.
00:48:39:02 - 00:48:50:20
Kristen
Just a little silly. Like, because she would bump into things and, like, trip over her own paws and things like that. So, so just another reason why you're doing the engineering is, is so important. But, yeah. Good answer.
00:48:50:20 - 00:48:57:09
Chris
It's far more important than him. yeah. Great. Great question. So, I've got a question here for you, Kristen.
00:48:57:11 - 00:48:57:20
Kristen
All right.
00:48:57:20 - 00:49:23:19
Chris
Let's this question comes to us, Tom, from London. I believe this is our first international question. so thank you. UK, Tom. British Tom. I shouldn't be giving our listeners nicknames without their permission, but, alas. and I'm it's taking all of my strength to not read this question in a British accent. I'm not going to do it.
00:49:24:00 - 00:49:25:07
Kristen
go for it. Come on, come on.
00:49:25:09 - 00:49:46:16
Chris
No, I'm not going to do it. It's just offensive. All I'm going to do is offend people. All right, I'm getting nods. no, I'm not doing it. My dog barks at everything. My dog barks at everything outside the window, and it's becoming a problem with the neighbors. What strategies can I use to reduce his barking and keep him calm?
00:49:46:18 - 00:50:18:14
Kristen
Oh my goodness. Yeah, this is not uncommon. I'm going to give some advice that's kind of really super simple. And that is, you know, close the curtains. I don't know. I mean, obviously your dog is seeing things outside that's triggering him. and obviously the barking is now annoying the neighbors. So you've got kind of two problems. And, you know, I, I have heard of cases where dogs get so excited about what they're barking at, they actually go through the window or break the window.
00:50:18:16 - 00:50:45:13
Kristen
So I guess my first step would say, maybe close if you have blinds or curtains, kind of close that and then work on maybe some training or counter conditioning for your dog. to, you know, to reward them for being quiet and for not barking. now that if your dog has been doing this for a long time, you might need to hire a trainer or you might need to see your veterinarian about maybe working with a veterinary behaviorist.
00:50:45:15 - 00:51:06:13
Kristen
but if it's a newer problem, I think it might be easier for you to solve on your own. but, maybe if I. Now, I don't know if this is happening when you're home time or when you're away. If it's happening when you're away. I would suggest maybe creating your dog or or limiting their access to the room that has that window.
00:51:06:15 - 00:51:11:17
Kristen
so those are just some suggestions, but, you definitely don't want the neighbors angry with you.
00:51:11:23 - 00:51:31:19
Chris
So you not. And, you know, sometimes the dog can just be bored. under stimulated, so there's dog TV out there. to give them a little distraction. There's all sorts of other toys and interactive stuff that we've talked about on the show. so sometimes it could be a case of under stimulation, and they're looking out the window because things are interesting out there.
00:51:32:00 - 00:51:36:02
Kristen
Yeah, he's looking to be entertained. So yeah. That's it, that's it. We'll follow.
00:51:36:02 - 00:51:38:19
Laura
Up time. We'll.
00:51:38:21 - 00:51:43:05
Chris
Hopefully, hopefully our listeners have had their entertainment satisfied.
00:51:43:06 - 00:51:45:10
Laura
right. And if they.
00:51:45:10 - 00:51:52:02
Kristen
Have, that means our show is a wrap for the day. Although I still think it would have been more entertaining if you'd read that question with a British accent.
00:51:52:04 - 00:52:00:12
Chris
I just I it would I, it would be offensive. Right. Like I gotta I I'm just so I'm just such an in-tune guy. You know.
00:52:00:12 - 00:52:02:08
Laura
Like I'm very empathetic.
00:52:02:10 - 00:52:28:19
Chris
And it's our first question from the UK. So how about this, Tom? Yeah, your question answered. Why don't you go ahead and hop in the comments? All right. Hop on Instagram or TikTok. I think we have a TikTok. I wouldn't know. I'm an elder millennial. It scares me. so hop on Instagram. Let us know in the comments if it if if I get permission from somebody from the UK to do my horrible British accent on the show, maybe I will.
00:52:28:21 - 00:52:31:13
Chris
but I'm gonna need our I am.
00:52:31:15 - 00:52:37:12
Kristen
Or Tom, you can, you can, you can, send a voice memo of your question in an American accent.
00:52:37:14 - 00:52:57:02
Chris
Yes. There we go. So if we get a British person to send a voice memo in their best cowboy Western American accent, then, I will do it. yeah. Thank you. To our guests, Laura and Doctor Adam. Cherry, for coming on the show. we got Labor Day coming up, which is going to be going to be great.
00:52:57:02 - 00:53:14:04
Chris
I can't wait for some days off. Going to be absolutely amazing. And as always, folks, if you like what we're doing here, give us that five star review. Don't be stingy. It costs you nothing and it means the world to us. so go ahead and drop us a review. some comments on what you think we're doing.
00:53:14:04 - 00:53:23:02
Chris
Well, if you think we need to improve, give us five stars anyway, and let us know if you make the show better. Kristen, anything else from your camp?
00:53:23:04 - 00:53:32:06
Kristen
I think that I'm looking forward to the long weekend as well. the winery tours, and, I'll be back, after my hangover subsides.
00:53:32:08 - 00:53:51:11
Chris
There we go. We're getting we're getting. You heard here first. We're getting hung over Kristen soon. stop the presses. We're getting hung over, Chris. Usually it's hung over. Chris. So we're flipping the script. so I'm thankful for that. in the meantime, everybody enjoy your week, and we'll see you right back here next Tuesday.
00:53:51:13 - 00:53:52:08
Kristen
Bye bye.
